As part of its strategic expansion, Meyer Deutschland GmbH is seeking to appoint a highly capable and entrepreneurial Senior Sales Manager to lead the development of key customer relationships and drive revenue growth within the food, processing sectors.

Requirements

• Proven track record in sales of capital equipment, ideally within optical sorting, food processing, or related technologies
• Demonstrated success managing complex, high-value B2B sales cycles
• Strong commercial acumen and entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to operate independently and take ownership of regional or segment growth
• Executive presence with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
• Strong communication and negotiation capabilities
• Professional proficiency in German and English preferred

You will be responsible for

• Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives within the food and agricultural processing sectors

• Manage complex capital equipment sales processes from initial engagement through contract execution
• Maintain and expand long-term relationships with existing customers and partners
• Provide commercial and technical guidance aligned with customer operational objectives
• Monitor market developments and identify strategic growth opportunities
• Represent the company in executive-level discussions and industry forums
