AI Powered System

Intelligent interconnection between people and MEYER sorting machines ensure the sorting production process can be easily controlled for adjusting the sorting parameters, getting the raw material and accepts data online anytime, anywhere.

Ultra high-speed HD Imaging System

The inspection system scans the product 50,000 times per second. The material falling by gravity is visible at a 1000 times slower pace. Super slow motion is used to recreate the true shape of the material.

Maglev Ejectors®

Based on the structure of non-contact (levitating) MEYER Maglev Ejectors® are characterized by a high operating frequency >1200Hz. They keep long-service life because of their unique structure. Maglev ejectors are invented and patented by MEYER.

Innovative Vision Systems

Innovative AI technology for advanced optical sorting consists of cameras working in the electromagnetic spectrum Full RGB visible light, Infrared Standard, Infrared HD InGaAs or UV light.
