Standard package materials X-Ray inspection machine

• Suitable for sorting and detection of packaged food, meat, seafood, dehydrated vegetables in bags, milk powder and other foods.
• It mainly detects foreign bodies such as stones, metals, glass.

Material removal types on XM X-ray machine:
• Blowing: Products in packages and low-density blocks. Used for high-speed removal of bulky materials whose weight is less than 100g;
• Swing Arm: Used to remove the impurities in the medium and small packing cases with single lane of feed, with high accuracy and fast removal speed per unit time. Suitable for customers with fast conveyor line;
• Ejector: Suitable for impurity removal of bulk materials. Compared with the same production capacity of turning plate, when impurities are removed, the loss is low and carryout ratio is minimum.
• Turning removal: Used for small package or bulk materials in feeding removal impurities. The accuracy is the highest. The capacity per unit time is larger than the use of a pushing board.
• Pushing board: Large package inspection products. Suitable for a single lane of incoming large package or packing box goods to remove impurities, with high accuracy and small capacity per unit time. Material speed < 40 m / min;
